Melbourne Metro Region Delivery: We accept orders Monday – Sunday.
Same day delivery: We need to receive all orders by 12pm for same day delivery.
All deliveries will be made between 10am and 5pm. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to guarantee an exact
hourly slot but we’ll try and get to you as early as we can.
The delivery fee will be subject to the distance.
Please notice that our maximum delivery distance is 25km from our Kew store.

GIFTS

Two options are available for nationwide delivery:
Australia Post: 5-8 days, $10
Australia Express: 2-5 days, $15
Most of gifts products are handmade, please allow a 2 to 5 days before dispatch.

RETURN

Misses Fleuri handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Products sold on our website are a perishable, natural item and flowers life span is dependent on varieties. Flowers are a product of nature; the availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on our website, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be differences between images and produced goods. Fresh cut flower has an expected life of 2 to 7 days depending on variety, conditions and care.
